FLOPOL started its adventure with golf by constructing a Driving Range at the Bryza Hotel in Jurata more than ten years ago. It also constructed numerous house practice greens for private investors.

Piotr Malepszy is in charge of the Golf Department due to his specialist education. In 2005-2008, he was the Project Manager responsible for the construction of the Sand Valley Golf & Country Club in Pasłęk. In 2008-2009, he worked as the Golf Course Construction Superintendent in the execution of the Wejchert Golf Club project. Since 2008, he has been managing the Golf Department for Universe Properties Group (www.golfproperties.pl). He gained his knowledge and experience on numerous golf courses in the USA and Europe. His continuous cooperation with golf course experts and architects enables him to fulfil any task within the construction and tending of golf courses.
